By contacting us at info@shoemax.ca. Please note that you must provide your Store Name and Contact Details. By email you will receive a User Name and Password within a 24 hour period.

  2. How do I place an order?

You can contact us through our toll-free number at 1-800-387-7126, or via email at info@shoemax.ca . One of our sales representatives will be happy to assist you.

  3. How do I find out about product pricing and details?

By contacting Shoemax toll free at 1-800-387-7126 or via email at info@shoemax.ca . One our sales people will provide you with all of the information that you require.

  4. What is the minimum order quantity?

Our minimum order quantity is 1 case (12 pairs). However, for first time orders we do offer 6 pairs per style/colour. If you are a consumer looking for a certain style or a store location that sells TAXI please email us and we'll be happy to assist you!

  5. Does Shoemax carry stock?

Yes, Shoemax makes every effort to keep our line in-stock. However, we do have items that sell quite quickly and consistently throughout each season. If you have an interest in our styles we advise that you contact us as soon as possible.

  6. How do I schedule a sales meeting?

If you are interested in a face-to-face meeting please contact us toll free at 1-800-387-7126 or via email at info@shoemax.ca . You can visit our showroom in Toronto, Ontario. Alternatively, one of our sales representatives will be happy to visit you at your location.

8. Which countries does Shoemax sell in?

Shoemax sells in Canada and the United States. 

  9. Can I buy one pair?

No. We thank you for your interest, however, Shoemax does not sell directly to the public. You can find our collection throughout Canada and the United States.
